Qualification of the counsellors

All frabina counsellors are qualified social workers with additional qualifications in intercultural communication, systemic counselling and civil and migration law.

We are responsible for ensuring the appropriate qualification of the counsellors as the respective counselling institution and we guarantee this. For technical reasons, the texts from the chat, i.e. also the content from the counselling sessions, are stored in a log file with the nickname used, the date and the time.

The technical service provider zone35, Agentur für digitale Kommunikation, is not responsible for the care taken by the counselling service in handling sensitive user data. In particular, it is not responsible for any notes or transcripts that a counsellor makes during a session for documentation and supervision purposes.
